A tombstone in the churchyard at Great Stukeley reads: "In affectionate Remembrance of Philip Hall who fell asleep in Jesus November 9th 1871 aged 79 years. Also Susannah daughter of the above who died February 5 1863 aged 32 years. That in the world...., Friends and children dear, I hope the Lord..... "(remainder not legible).

The tombstone in Kimbolton Cemetery reads: "In loving memory of Edmund Hall, Died Sept 21 1879, also of Sarah wife of the above who died Oct 19, 1868 anged 52; also of Matilda daughter of the above who died July 7 1865 aged 37. A few more years shall roll, A few more seasons come, And we shall be with those that rest, Asleep within the tomb." Matilda was in fact Edmund Hall's daughter in law, wife of Jeremiah Hall.

She was a teacher for 36 years in the Sunday School and a member of the Church Choir 50 years in this parish. Also of Austin Winsworth, husband of the above who died 16 June 1874....
