1. Johann Mathias Bleisteiner. Born abt 1729 in Fsm. Ansbach, Holy Roman Empire. Johann Mathias died in Lunenburg, Lunenburg Co., Nova Scotia, British North America, on 18 May 1798; he was 69.1

The exact origins of Mathias Bleysteiner are unknown. The sip passenger list statws that he was from Ansbach. Was he from the city of Anspach in the Principality of Ansbach, a community in the Principality of Ansbach, or a village somewhere in the Rhein River region that was named Anspach or Ansbach? The clerks in Rotterdam did not always accurately write down the places of origin for the passengers.

On 25 Dec 1753 Johann Mathias married Anna Margaretta Kaulbach, daughter of Johannes Diedrich Kaulbach & Anna Christina Unbekannt (Unknown), in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, British America.2 Born on 26 Aug 1729 in Dierdorf, Gft. Wied-Runkel, Holy Roman Empire.3 Anna Margaretta died in Lunenburg, Lunenburg Co., Nova Scotia, British North America, on 16 Dec 1811; she was 82.1 Buried on 18 Dec 1811 in Lunenburg, Lunenburg Co., Nova Scotia, British North America.1
