Mills had got astray in their dory and they probably perished. They had been given up some days ago. But the schooner, Carrie L. Hirtle, that arrived today brought the good news that the men are all right. They did more- the vessel brought the men themselves, whom she had rescued from the dories, after comparatively short exposure. They are Samuel Hiltz of the Narrows and William Hyson of Indian Point. The Carrie had a fair catch another vessel that arrived from the banks today did well-the Gladys B. Smith.”
