They had five children living in the household who were all born at Dampierre-oute-les-Bois. Daniel Langille was born in Switzerland. Françoise Perrenot was born at Brognard, Montbéliard. Marguerite Simie who was a 21-year-old servant from Switzerland lived in the household. She was described as a Calvinist. Daniel Langille was a labourer. Abraham and Léonard Bouthenot were labourers. George Bouthenot was an apprentice marshall (apprenti maréchal).
