18. Brita Kajsa Sandelin (Johannes Olofsson5, Olof Kristiansson4, Kristian Nilsson3, Nils Ericksson2, Erik Olofsson1). Born on 14 Nov 1841 in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden.2 Brita Kajsa was baptized in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 21 Nov 1841.2 Brita Kajsa died in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 26 Mar 1904; she was 62.

On 16 Feb 1867 Brita Kajsa married Olof Andersson Efverberg, son of Anders Persson & Anna Håkansdotter, in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden.4 Born on 7 Feb 1834 in Vanstad, Malmöhus län, Sweden.4 Olof Andersson died in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 20 Dec 1894; he was 60. Occupation: Tailor.

From 1854 to 1855, Brita Kajsa Sandelin resided at Elfvik, Gillberga as a ward of the parish (Rotehjon) according to the household examination roll (Husförhörslängder) for Gillberga parish. In 1855, she returned to Skjeggebol (Gillberga: Husförhörslängder 1851-55, pp. 321 and 422)

Brita Kajsa Sandelin left her home parish of Gillberga, Värmland and arrived at Kristinehamn, Värmland on 31 December 1863. She resided at two different addresses in 1864 and 1865 according to the household examination roll for 1861-1865. (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1861-1865, pp. 102 and 332)

In 1866 Brita Kajsa Sandelin and her husband Olof Efverberg appear in the household examination roll together starting in November 1866. They with their children resided at two addresses from 1866 to 1870. Olof Efverberg was a tailor (Skräddaregesäll). He was from Vanstad, Malmöhus län. Brita Kajsa Sandelin was from Gillberga, Värmlands län. (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1866-1870, pp. 361, 478, and 516)

In 1871-1872 the family of Olof Efverberg resided at Kongsgatan 17, Kristinehamn, possibly the same address as 1867-1870. In November 1872, they family moved to Sodra Staketgatan 19, Kristinehamn and stayed until March 1873 when they moved to Österlånggatan 15. In November 1874, the family moved to Norra Torget 7, Kristinehamn. Olof Efverberg was a tailor (Skräddaregesäll). He was from “Vartofta”, Malmöhus län. The family remained at Norra Torget 7, Kristinehamn until November 1876 when they moved to Solledakåsen, Kristinehamn according to the household examination roll. Olof Efverberg was a tailor (Skräddaregesäll). He was from “Vartofta”, Malmöhus län. Olof Efverberg, his wife Brita Kajsa Sandelin and their children resided in the 8th quarter Solbackåsen of Kristinehamn according to the 1890 Swedish census. Olof Efverberg was a tailor (Skräddaregesäll).

Born on 15 Sep 1844 in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden.2 Stina Maja was baptized in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 22 Sep 1844.2 Stina Maja died in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 25 Jan 1866; she was 21.2

Maja Stina Johannesdotter resided separately from the her parents at N. Högsäter, Gillberga from 1854 to 1855 at which point she returned to Skjeggebol. She was a ward of the parish (Rotehjon) at N. Högsäter. ((Gillberga: Husförhörslängder 1851-55, pp. 169 and 344)

20. Emma Karolina Sandelin (Johannes Olofsson5, Olof Kristiansson4, Kristian Nilsson3, Nils Ericksson2, Erik Olofsson1) . Born on 22 Jul 1847 in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden.2 Emma Karolina was baptized in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 25 Jul 1847.2 Emma Karolina died in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 14 Feb 1922; she was 74.

She first did not marry Sven Torin. Born in 1848 in Ölserud, Värmland, Sweden.

On 4 Aug 1871 Emma Karolina second married Emanuel Andersson Hallin , son of Anders Svensson Pansar & Maja (Maria) Stina Johansdotter, in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden.5 Born on 4 May 1834 in Norra Fågelås, Skaraborgs län, Sweden.6 Emanuel Andersson was baptized in Norra Fågelås, Skaraborgs län, Sweden, on 5 May 1834.6 Emanuel Andersson died in Kristinehamn, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 24 Jan 1906; he was 71.

The Kristinehamn household examination roll (Husförhörslängder) for 1866-1870 states that both Emma Karolina Sandelin and Emanuel Andersson Hallin arrived at Kristinehamn in 1870. Emanuel Andersson Hallin arrived first from Linköping, Östergötland on 11 November 1870 although he was born at Fågelås, Skaraborgs län. Emma Karolina Sandelin arrived from her home parish of Gillberga, Värmland on 2 December 1870. They resided in the 4de Quarteret (4th Quarter) of Kristinehamn, presumably at the same address. In early to mid 1871, the Kristinehamn household examination roll records that Emanuel Andersson Hallin resided at No. 10 Kongsgatan. He resided in the household of tailor Håkon Leonard Sundberg. It was noted that he was from Fågelås, Skaraborgs län. He married Emma Karolina Sandelin on 4 August 1871. Emma Karolina Sandelin also resided at No. 10 Kongsgatan with her (their) son Viktor Emanuel . (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1871-1875, p. 367)

Emanuel Andersson Hallin and his wife Emma Karolina Sandelin with their son resided at no. 15 Sodra Staketgatan according to the household examination roll. They were there from the time of marriage until November 1872. From 27 Nov 1872, the family with a addition of daughter Maria Aurora resided at No. 15 Östertånggatan. Emanuel Andersson Hallin was a tailor (Skräddare). (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1871-1875, pp. 486, 505)

Emanuel Andersson Hallin and his wife Emma Karolina Sandelin with their four children resided at No. 15 Östertånggatan, Kristinehamn according to the 1876-1880 household examination roll. They resided there until 21 September 1879 when they moved to No. 26 Gamle Kyrkogatan. (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1876-1888, pp. 208 and 557)

The 1890 Swedish census states that Emanuel Andersson Hallin, his wife Emma Karolina Sandelin and their children resided in the 2nd quarter of Kristinehamn. Emanuel Andersson Hallin was a tailor (Skräddare). They had a servant named Julia Amanda Torin who was from Gillberga.

The Hallin family resided at Nya Kyrkogatan, Kristinehamn, Värmlands län according to the household examination roll (Husförhörslängder) of Kristinehamn for 1891-1895. The household consisted of Emanuel Andersson Hallin, his wife Emma Karolina Sandelin, and their eight children. It is notated that Edla Jeanetta Hallin came from Amerika on 20 August 1895. The household examination roll states that Emanuel Andersson Hallin was a tailor (Skräddare). (Kristinehamn: Husförhörslängder 1891-1895, p. 144)

Born on 21 Jul 1850 in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden.2 Olle Petter died in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden, on 8 May 1854; he was 3.2 Buried on 14 May 1854 in Gillberga, Värmlands län, Sweden.2
