Barbara Louise Schnare (Living) third married Kenneth Angus MacIver. Born on 30 Dec 1931 in Laconia, Belknap Co., New Hampshire, U.S.A. Kenneth Angus died in Marblehead, Essex Co., Massachusetts, U.S.A., on 13 Mar 2022; he was 90. Occupation: University Professor.
Kenneth MacIver served in the Unitede States Army during the Korean War. He later graduated from the University of New Hampshire ion Durham, New Hampsire with his Bachelor’s degree. He attened graduate school and graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He was a professor at Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts for fifty-one years where he taught history, political science, sociology and anthropology. He also served as the first Director of Social Service and Director of the Community Involvement Program. He previously taught at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and Marblehead High School in Marblehead, Massachusetts. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and many other honorary Societies.
