Clinton Keddy was a cooper and an avid woodsman. He was employed with Murray A. Reeves Forestry Ltd of New Rioss, Nova Scotia for 11 years and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Christ Anglican Church, New Ross. He enjoyed teaming oxen, hunting and trapping as a hobby as well as a livelihood.28
