Harry Whynott was a farm labourer. He died from pneumonia after having been injured in an accident. He fell from a hay mower on 15 September 1944. He fractured and dislocated the seventh dorsal vertabae with complete transection of the spinal chord. Additionally he fractued his seventh rib.13
