The 1921 Canadian federal census states that Albert and Jessie Isnor with three children resided at Indian Harbour, Halifax County, Nova Scotia. They lived in the household of his parents David and Isabell Isnor. Albert Isnor was a fisherman. The family were Anglicans. (RG 31-C-1, 1921, Nova Scotia, Halifax Co., ED 57-6, Hagget’s Cove, p. 7)

Allan Isnor died in hospital from injuries sustained in car accident on 21 July 1942. He died from cardiac failure due to an infected bladder, enlarged prostate, congested lungs and confinement to bed from a fractured tibia and fibula. He received the fractured tibia and fibula in the accident.
