Percy and Helen Lyons with a son resided at East Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut according to the 1910 United States federal census. They rented their home. Helen Lyons had given birth to two children before 1910 of whom one was living. Percy Lyons was a train dispetcher for the C.N.E.R.R. [Central New England Railway, 1899-1927].
