Charles Rudoplh immigrated to the United States from Canada and was naturalized. Madaline Rudolf immigrated to the United States from the Irish Free State and was naturalized. He was never married.

Frank Rudolf was a crew member of the American schooner Davis Palmer which was wrecked on the Graves Ledge near the Graves Lighthouse during a winter storm at the entrance to Boston Harbor. (Boston Globe, 28 Dec. 1909)

The death certificate indicates that Frank Rudolf drowned accidentally in a shipwreck and that his place of death was “at Long Island Beach off Deer Island”. The 25 December 1909 date of death has a question mark with it. It is further notated that his body was found on 6 May 1910.16
