Malcolm S. White was an alderman on the Woburn City Council from 1929 to 1932 and from 1940 to 1941. He was a Republican member of the Massachusetts General Court (the House of Representatives) representing the 18 Middlesex District from 1947 to 1952. He served on the the House Military and Public Safety Committee (1947-1952),and the Pensions and Old Age Assistance Committee (1947-1948). He was Director of Veteran's Services.
